- Until January 1, 2026, the Fund for Support of Farmers, Dekhkan Farms and Agrarians will purchase equipment for warehouses, as well as drying, sorting and packaging equipment for enterprises that have established cooperation with farmers in order to guarantee the purchase of agricultural products. subsidizes 30% of the cost of construction, but not more than 150 million soums.
A regulation was approved on the procedure for equipping warehouses, as well as subsidizing part of the cost of purchasing equipment for drying, sorting and packaging agricultural products for business entities that have established cooperation with farmers. That means:
conditions for business entities that have established cooperation with landowners; the procedure for compiling address lists based on applications for subsidies; a set of documents submitted by applicants along with an application for a subsidy; the procedure for processing the application; the procedure for monitoring the fulfillment of the terms of the concluded cooperation agreements.
Applicants must submit an electronic application before April 1 of each year through the Agrosubsidy information system of the State Unitary Enterprise Agroindustrial Digitalization Center under the Ministry of Agriculture or the Ministry of Agriculture.
The application is accompanied by a recommendation from the district council of farmers, dekhkan farms and landowners and the assistant to the district akim that the work is organized on a cooperative basis.
The district council of farmers, dekhkan farms and landowners, together with the district finance department, will consider the validity of the submitted applications and documents, as well as the financial condition of the applicants, within 5 working days.
Until April 15 of each year, an address list of applicants will be compiled and submitted to the Republican working group. Until April 20 of each year, the Republican Working Group, which promotes the allocation of subsidies, summarizes and approves the address list by regions and districts.
After the acquisition of the subsidized object, the applicants included in the address list will apply for a subsidy electronically through the EITI or JSC "Agrosubsidiya" with the necessary documents attached.
Within 5 working days from the date of receipt of the application, the applicants will be examined at the location of the object of subsidization and a conclusion will be issued.
Conclusions and information on the allocation of subsidies to applicants will be submitted to the Republican Working Group within 3 working days.
Then the Republican Working Group:
considers the conclusions and information, if necessary, the proposals of the applicants within 5 working days; Within 3 working days, a conclusion is drawn up on the advisability of allocating a subsidy.
The Fund for Support of Farmers, Dekhkan Farms and Landowners will sign an agreement with the applicants within 3 working days from the date of receipt of the conclusion.
Within 3 working days after the conclusion of the contract, the subsidy will be transferred to the main bank accounts of the applicants through the UzASBO software package.
