Mineral fertilizers are tested in accordance with the requirements of technical regulations. In carrying out this process, manufacturers or their authorized representatives or importers may apply to the competent authority. The competent authority shall verify the submitted documents and the information contained therein. After testing, it decides on registration and assigns an individual registration number. Enters the single register of mineral fertilizers allowed for circulation in the market of the Republic of Uzbekistan and issues a certificate of receipt of mineral fertilizers in accordance with the Technical Regulations. The validity of this certificate is not limited.
Before the product is put on the market of the Republic of Uzbekistan, it is marked with the mark of conformity to mineral fertilizers. This mark shall be affixed to the label of each mineral fertilizer package or, if it is not possible to put the mark on the package, and shall also be indicated in the accompanying documents attached to the batch of mineral fertilizers. The resolution also stipulates that those guilty of violating the requirements of technical regulations will be held accountable.
