According to preliminary data from the Customs Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan, in February 2022, export volumes in physical terms for the main types of cabbage amounted to:
white cabbage - 17.2 thousand tons, which is 2.2 times more than in the same month of 2021; cauliflower and broccoli - 2.5 thousand tons, which is 62% more than in February 2021; Chinese cabbage - 710 tons, which is 3.6 times more than in February 2021.
As for the geography of exports, 99% of the total volume of white cabbage falls on the total share of four importing countries - Kazakhstan (80%), Russia (10%), Kyrgyzstan (6%) and Belarus (3%); about 98% of cauliflower and broccoli fall on the total share - Kazakhstan (61%), Russia (17%), Kyrgyzstan (12%) and Ukraine (8%); almost the entire volume of Beijing cabbage was shipped to three countries - Kazakhstan (74%), Russia (18%) and Belarus (8%).
In total, in January-February 2022, Uzbekistan exported 28 thousand tons of white cabbage, which is 2.1 times more than in the same period in 2021.
Export volumes for other cabbages in January-February 2022 in physical terms amounted to:
cauliflower and broccoli - 6.2 thousand tons, which is 2.2 times more than in the same period in 2021; Beijing cabbage - 1.7 thousand tons, which is 6.6 times more than in the same period of 2021.

Earlier, it was written about the record volumes of exports of the main types of cabbage from Uzbekistan in January 2022, due to the rush demand for these products in foreign markets. In February, the situation on the main external sales also remained favorable for Uzbek producers and exporters of white cabbage, Beijing, cauliflower and broccoli.
